Tailored Sizing
Shoe Conversion Chart.
Sock sizing is made complicated by many misconceptions, and size ranges trying to accommodate too many people.
Too big, and you get fabric bunching up, causing irritation; too small, and the sock will not sit or perform correctly on your foot.
Each of our sizes cover 4 UK shoe sizes only, from 2 up to 13½.

Merino Wool
Merino Wool is a naturally technical fibre; hence why we love it at the Sockmine. Luxuriously soft, it naturally regulates both temperature and moisture, meaning that not only does it keep you warm, but its breathability allows sweat and moisture to be wicked away from the skin. Amazingly, it is also 100% sustainable, renewable and biodegradable. The Merino wool we use is Oeko-Tex® and Bluesign® certified, ensuring only consumer-safe products are used, and that the environment is being looked after throughout the manufacturing process.

Cushioned Sole
Additional cushioning underfoot is used to increase the comfort and the durability of the sock. The terry loop pile fabric is constructed so This is perfect for when you’re up on your feet for an extended period of time and needing that extra level of support.
Targeted Cushioning
Thick cushioned fabric is placed in selected impact zones for added comfort and protection in those key areas. Terry loops give the fabric a padded feel that absorbs impact, softening the blows on your foot.
Reinforced Heel and Toe
The heel and toe of the sock is reinforced with additional synthetic yarns, which increase the durability of the sock making it perform better for longer.
Targeted Reinforcement
Through reinforcing key impact zones with synthetic yarns, we can increase the durability of the sock making it perform better for longer.
Comfort Linked Toe Seam
Bulky seams have no place in a sock designed for performance. The comfort linked toe seam is flat, so causes no irritation to the tops of your toes.
Ergonomic Design
These socks are ergonomically designed to your left and right feet, providing you with the correct technical features in the correct place on the foot. Just make sure you get them the right way round!
Difference between Ski and Snowboard Socks
Unlike some, we recognise that skiers and snowboarders want very different things from their socks. We have therefore created the Ultimate ski sock and the Ultimate Snowboard sock to support the different ways skiers and snowboarders move. Our skiing socks have extra padding around the ankle and shin area for the constant leaning forward into your boots, and the side to side of carving up the slopes. However our snowboarding socks have extra padding on top of the foot for comfort and protection from the binding straps. Padding is also reinforced in the heel and toe areas once again for durability and comfort whether you are on your heels or your toes.
